Microsoft recently released an update for Visual Studio 2010 SP1 and Visual Web Developer Express 2010 SP1. This update provides HTML5 and CSS3 support to Visual Studio. According to Microsoft they will continue providing releases to bring VS to the updates and changes made by the W3C.
